A first-person horror experience created with a medium-sized team as a University project.

My Responsibilities:
I worked on many aspects of Caught on Tape, most of my focus being on the core system design aspects,
such as creating the base behaviour of the AI and establishing the 3Cs of the main character,
but I also contributed to the Level Design aspect of the game by creating the onboarding level.

Child of Lothian

A 3rd person adventure-stealth game created with a large team as a University project.

My Responsibilities:
Throughout this project, I've worked together with the team as a Lead Designer and Level Designer. I've provided the team with blockouts, proper communication through documentation and project management, but also keeping alignment within a large team.

A first-person multiplayer shooter level created individually as a University project.

My Responsibilities:
As a level designer, I took on the rational level design process in order to create a balanced and enjoyable blockout for Unreal Tournament's Capture the Flag Gamemode.

About me

Hello!

I am Sandrine le Comte, Game Designer with three years of experience.

I have always been enthusiastic about playing and creating games, but that enthusiasm grew into something much bigger the more projects I worked on.

Creating games has become my passion, each step on this game dev journey teaches me something new to get excited about.

I am a jack of all trades, yet my true passion lies in user experience and the iteration process of 3C's. Seeing players becoming immersed in my games creates a sense of gratification, which is why I will keep striving for the most optimal user experiences.
